What is it like working with Hannah?
We’ll spend our first session getting to know one another and explore what you’re looking to get out of our time together. From there, we will use your uniqueness to craft an equally special practice rooted in play and your own personal magic. I’m here to help you tap into your intuition and ultimately, live a more conscious and aligned life. By offering practical techniques we’ll lean on your inner creator to draw up the life you’re meant to live.

Tarot
With the growing popularity of tarot, there are a wide range of readers. And I really love that! My personal tarot reading style is empowering and uplifting. I especially enjoy helping folks get started on the journey of tarot for themselves. Tarot was the first tool I added to my spiritual toolkit over 5 years ago. My readings always begin with a brief grounding meditation and I encourage discussion throughout our time together. You’re welcome to share personal insights or situations, but it’s not required. These can be scheduled virtually or in person, outdoors & socially distanced. I also ofter readings at Etoile Boutique at least one Tuesday a month in the Milk District. Mindfulness & Meditation
These two words are often interchanged, but they have different meanings. Meditation is the intentional act of quieting the mind. Traditional meditative postures are sitting and laying down, but there are a number of movement meditations as well. I offer personalized meditations and mantras catered to a specific area you’d like to focus on. Many people believe that meditation “doesn’t work for them.” And I was one of those people! It’s about exploring & together we will do just that.
Mindfulness is conscious awareness and can be done at any moment. There are, of course, elements of mindfulness to meditation, but tools of mindfulness go way beyond just meditating. I’ll offer some creative options to begin cultivating mindfulness throughout your daily life.
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
As more research is being done around the power of plant medicine for mental health, there’s a growing interest in using psychedelics in the self-healing journey. Because they have been an integral part of my path, I’ve become passionate about educating on harm reduction tactics when using entheogens. Using these medicines for healing requires necessary prep work, followed by integration sessions. Integration is the process of combining the insights received during the psychedelic experience into your daily life. It can be a challenge to navigate our internal landscape alone after an altered consciousness experience. I’m here to help you weave those aha-moments into your current reality in ways that feel meaningful and personal.
